Thank you for visiting Cresland’s public consultation at Land West of Millfield, Alton Lane, Four Marks.​

 

The residential housing scheme is being consulted on following a number of years of engaging and consulting with East Hampshire District Council and key stakeholders.

The proposal is for the delivery of ‘45 homes including 40% affordable homes with priority for residents to have a local connection to the Four Marks local centre and wider parish. A range of houses from 1-4 bedrooms are proposed to meet local housing needs, with integrated public open spaces and an upgraded public right of way for accessibility linking to the northern development and its amenities.”
