Working constructively with Landowners, Agents, Communities, Residents Groups, Parish Councils and Local Planning Authorities, we aim to achieve a desirable development that meets local needs, as well as providing community benefit.

As part of our service, Cresland creates an uplift in value of land through achieving a planning consent. All costs and risk will be taken on by the company, with no financial outlay required for the landowner.

After initial consultation we will begin to form a consultant team, to be appointed by their expertise and experience with both the relevant planning authority and requirements of the design.

Through our relationships with local estate agents and market research companies, we will evaluate the value of the development and most suitable open market sales method to create the best value.

A planning application for up to 45 homes is due to be submitted in Spring 2026. â€‹

Self-Build Plot

An application has been submitted for a single self-build plot to address the Council's identified shortfall for the Self-Build Register.​

 

The application is due to be determined in Spring 2026.

Local Plan Promotion

The site secured a resolution to grant planning permission for up to 100 homes  at the Council's planning committee in 2025.

An allocation was secured in Guildford Local Plan for 62 dwellings. The site was subsequently sold to Bellway Homes.

Promotion of the site led to planning for 35 dwellings and a communal car park. The site was sold to Charles Church.
